Safety is a Integral Part of Bulk Specialty culture. Bulk Specialty commits a Safe Environment for its workers, Contractors and General Public. To make sure of that Every employee goes through an Intensive Safety Training.
All safety regulations are aligned with WHIMIS guidelines and Every Employee is WHIMIS certified.Few Key factors to insure complete Safe Culture are:
- Any minor of Major incident gets reported to supervisor right away. So supervisor can find the root cause of the incident and make sure that never happens again.
- All Workers are equipped with Proper PPE in order to prevent any miss happening. Bulk Specialty feels proud of their Employees and feel accountable towards their safety and well being while on work. To make sure of that Bulk Specialty make sure that every Worker has more than enough supply of PPE when It comes to handling Dangerous Goods.
- There are Safe Work Practice and Safe Work Procedures in Place for Everyone that comes to the facility to follow. Company adopts these practice in align with WHIMIS and other industry leading Standards.
- Bulk Specialty has a Zero Drug and Alcohol Tolerance Policy not for workers only. But for any contractors or Visitor that comes to the facility. Any person found under influence are asked to Leave facility right away and other Disciplinary actions are taken after that.
